#31DC2013 Day 5 - Blue Nails

Today is (the day after) blue day and day 5 of the 31 day challenge. Here is my contribution to the day, one day late since blogger and I had an argument.

I like the colour combination here, and I had a lot of fun with my dotting tool which has since gone MIA. Oh dotting tool, please come back before day 11 of this challenge or I'll have to replace you with a toothpick and no one wants that.

#31DC2013 Day 4 - Green Nails

Today is green, which is just a wonderful, wonderful colour full of wonderful polishes that I got over the summer and haven't had a chance to show off yet. Gosh I'm just so excited!

What we have here is A England Saint George with a gradient of Nfu-Oh 56 over it. It looks ten times better in real life, photos don't do these polishes justice at all. Saint George is an absolutely glorious nail polish with so much depth packed into it, and Nfu-Oh 56 over it adds some brighter and more eye popping colour changes to balance out the subtle beauty of Saint George. Can you tell I love my new polish yet?

Here is a crazy flash photo so you can see some of the variation that isn't visible in natural light, sorry for the crazy overexposure but the nails are the important part.

#31DC2013 Day 3 - Yellow Nails

So it's day 3 of the 31 day challenge, and that means it's yellow time! Mellow Yellow time actually, by Sally Hansen and topped with Dollish Polish Spank You Very Much.

I think it is now safe to say that Spank You Very Much is one of my very most favourite polishes. Every time I use it I love it and I always try to find ways to use it again and again. With this design I was going for a Floam-y feel since I love the look but don't own the polish. I think this does look similar though, I'm a fan of the colour combination.

I like this for yellow day, it's overall yellow and fairly simple but also nice and sparkly and interesting. I was surprised with how eye catching such a simple design was.
