#31DC2013 Day 18 - Half Moons


Half moons are fun! I mixed texture here and painted pink on the underside of my nails too. I thought half moons would work very well with these two techniques.


The polishes I used for this design are Sally Hansen Coral Reef and Kleancolor Bright & Breezy which is a matte metallic polish.



I took lots of pictures so I could try and show off the underside of my nails and how the light hits the matte polish. I like the last one best.

    Lovely - I don't have long enough nails right now to pain under the tips like you did...love that but boy is it hard for me to do - I need to use a tiny brush to get in there.

      It was pretty fiddly to do but I was so excited to try once my nails were long enough.
